Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Domino QQ platform, including but not limited to its mobile apps, browser-based games, and table-game implementations supplied by studios like Funky Games and Gameplay Interactive (collectively "the Platform" or "Domino QQ").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that engaging in any behavior deemed unacceptable by us may result in account suspension, termination, or other consequences as determined in our sole discretion.

5. USE OF PLATFORM

The Platform provides access to various online domino games ("Games") for entertainment purposes only. By accessing the Games, you understand that we are not responsible for your winnings or losses and that such activities may be subject to applicable taxes and regulations.

You understand and acknowledge that we are not responsible for the security or performance of these third-party services, including any potential losses due to errors, fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

9. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION, STORAGE, AND USE

You consent to our collection, storage, and use of personal data ("Data") as necessary to provide you with access to the Platform and Games, process payment for in-app purchases, communicate relevant information regarding promotions, bonuses, updates, or policy changes. You agree that we may disclose Data as required by applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or requests from law enforcement.

10. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and Games without prior notice if you fail to comply with these Terms, engage in any unauthorized activities, or otherwise act against our best interests. Your failure to exit the Platform after suspension may result in automatic termination.

11. JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and will be construed under the laws of Indonesia. All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration according to the Indonesian Arbitration Rules, with venue in Jakarta, Indonesia.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; NO WAIVER

These Terms constitute the entire understanding between us regarding access to and use of the Platform, supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations. No failure by us to enforce any provision hereunder will be deemed a waiver of our rights under these terms.

By continuing to use this Platform after reading these Terms, you acknowledge that you have agreed to their provisions without modification or exception.
